POP! - Keep POP!n

Foodpreneur:POP!

Jaie Benson

About the Foodpreneur:

We are former professional business women turned entrepreneurs.  Tanisha recently left her career as a paralegal to work on the business full time.  Jaie worked in Corporate America in manufacturing, sales and marketing for over 20 years and then owned and operated her own marketing firm for 10+ years.  Both of us are new to the food business.

About the POP! Biz:

3 Sisters is a new specialty food company focusing on creating and selling "unique" foods.  These items will consist of our own products as well as products from the great partnerships we are building.  Our signature premiere product POP! is a new frozen confection - the indescribable marriage of popcorn, white chocolate and other delicious flavors.  We also feel we are more than a specialty foods company.  We like to see ourselves as mentors and models for others (especially young women) who want to go into business for themselves.  We also give back 5% or more of our time, our talent and our profits to other causes with "World Changing" missions.  This includes Jaie's newly formed non-profit organization YNOT Grace, Inc. which she is a co-founder along with Michael W. Ceaser.  YNOT Grace will focus on teaching new Life-Work Balance techniques as well as other exciting new programs.

Founded:POP! Chocolate Popcorn

2007

Current Clients:

We sell to Corporate Clients, restaurants and people looking for something great tasting and unique!

Marketing Strategies:

Since POP! is so new and needs to be tasted, we have embarked on a huge sampling campaign and are always open to new ideas as to how to get our product into more hands.

Jaie new POP! was a hit when:

People in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport chased Jaie down the concourse when they saw her now infamous red Coleman cooler.  They knew she had POP! which they were calling "chocolate crack".

Why is Jaie in the food business?

We did not know how much fun this would be - and we are having the time of our lives.  We also love to eat and we love to see the reactions that we receive when people sample our product.  It makes us feel "Simply Fabulous"!

Words from the wise:

There is nothing we don't like so far.  Of course there are many unknowns including all of the hows - but the mystery is part of the fun of all this!  It's great getting up everyday and saying "I wonder what new and great things are going to happen today"!

Foodpreneur Says:Beautiful POP!

The basic concept of POP! is simple.  You take two of Americas favorite treats (chocolate and popcorn)...  put them together in a beautiful package (see picture to the right)...  take one bite!  You will be POP!n the box cover open again and again for more.  Your first bite will be filled with the familiar texture of popcorn and delightful taste of chocolate.  As a new business, Jaie and her sister are focused on getting the products in peoples hands.  With recent news of a Kiosk in Atlanta's Hartsfield Airport will open the doors to an international POP! frenzy.  The products are very reasonably priced for their quality, packaging and uniqueness.  Save room on your holiday list of great holiday gifts or impress your corporate clients year round with POP!.
