About the Foodpreneur:
Was the owner / founder of Paladini Seafood Company, wholesale seafood distributor based in San Francisco. Grandfather's original business was started in 1865. Original business closed in 1974, I re-started the business 6 months later with only $400.00 and in 3 years was the largest wholesale seafood distributor on the west coast with over 300 employees.
I retired in 1994 and created Paladini Seafood Sauces in 1997 and dedicated the line to my granddaughter who has Smith Magenis Syndrome. All profits are donated to the foundation called PRISMS. There is a story in every jar.
About the Paladini Seafood Sauce Biz:
Paladini Seafood sauces include a product line of all natural Cocktail Sauce and "Hot & Spicy" Cocktail Sauce. Our Tartar Sauce is made with minced capers and dill. The Louis Dressing, for crab or shrimp salads, is a San Francisco favorite. The Cioppino/Pasta Sauce, is a versatile sauce not only for seafood but wonderful with chicken pasta and all meats!
