About the Foodpreneur: 

I have always enjoyed cooking throughout high school and college.   One day I came across an old time friend who started Morrill Gourmet Specialties.  We used to live down the street from the Morrill's when I was growing up.  Anyways, to make a long story short, I really loved the 4 products that he was marketing. I started to help him out part time and eventually became a partner in the business.  The products were really hard to market because they were frozen/refrigerated.  I in turn when further processing school and converted the products to a shelf stable form and changed the name of the company to "Buckhead Gourmet."

About the Buckhead Gourmet Biz:

Buckhead Gourmet is a specialty foods company selling our products wholesale to gourmet shops, meat markets, specialty stores and mass merchants (Costco).  Our line consists of sauces, dressings, marinades, salsa, relishes, jams and spices.
